Yannick Morin, P. Eng.
President
Mr. Yannick Morin is one of the most influential individuals in the crane and rigging industry in North America. Being the first Canadian to join the technical committee for the ASME P30 – Planning for Load Handling Activities, Mr. Morin was recruited to join the Rigging Committee of the CHRSC (Canadian Hoisting & Rigging Safety Council), as well as the Load Handling Equipment Competency Requirements Committee of the Professional Engineering Board of Quebec. He is also the P.E. Board of Quebec representative on the construction and mining codes.
Mr. Yannick Morin, P. Eng., received an honorable mention at the 2015 edition of the Annual Training Excellence Awards given by the Association of Crane & Rigging Professionals and by the Crane & Rigging Hot Line. Being the only Canadian at the time of this edition, Mr. Morin received one of the three mentions in the ‘Professional’ category.
On top of being an author, speaker and expert witness, Yannick Morin manages the KRANING team to offer superior training for workers and employer representatives, as well as consulting and engineering in the Canadian crane and rigging field.
